Senior Architect - Kazakhstan - Immediate

Our client is an award-winning, global design firm with an excellent reputation throughout the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Due to ongoing expansion, a requirement exists for a Senior Architect with a proven track record delivering large scale mixed-use, commercial, retail and residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with multidisciplinary firms on large scale complex projects. Design and build and design coordination experience is essential.

Requirements

- Degree qualified (or equivalent due to visa restrictions) in Architecture / Civil Engineering or relevant related discipline
- Possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience working ideally with Design / Architecture & Engineering Consultancies
- Design and Build Experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Previous experience working on large scale mixed use / high rise developments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are a pre-requisite of the role
