Senior Architect - Kazakhstan - Immediate

Our client is a global design firm with an excellent reputation throughout the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Due to ongoing expansion, a requirement exists for a Senior Site Architect with a proven track record delivering large scale mixed-use, complex and high rise tower projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with multidisciplinary firms on large scale complex projects. High rise and site coordination experience is essential.

Requirements

- Degree qualified (or equivalent due to visa restrictions) in Architecture / Civil Engineering or relevant related discipline
- Possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience working ideally with Design / Architecture & Engineering Consultancies
- Design and Build Experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Previous experience working on large scale mixed use / high rise developments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are a pre-requisite of the role
