Job description / Role
• Handle AP process end to end process which includes, Vendor invoice review, processing payment, APWF scanning, follow up with Accenture, KL AP team & workflow approvers, payment confirmation to Vendors.
• Perform 3rd party vendor accruals at the month close and involve in WD1 review and variance analysis process.
• Work closely with BH HR and CSR agents to process employees Social Security related matters.
• Support / take lead role in AP processing, other CAC accounting related tasks.
• Update and maintain APWF approval path in SAP based on organizational changes.
• Involve in monthly CAC analysis and reporting and provide required information for the assigned areas in order to meet group KPI’s.
• Vendor reconciliations on a Weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and maintain weekly Vendor tracker.
• Involve in Vendor retention process, maintain updated schedules, and provide process improvement ideas.
• Involve GRIR review and analysis process.
• Bank manual payments, close payment proposal on timely manner, resolve reconciliation items.
• Handle petty cash in comply with BH policy and procedures.
• Participate in Inventory and Asset count.
• Work closely with External and Internal Auditors to assist in completion of all audits. Under general supervision, provides support to strategic sourcing employees.
• Assists sourcing project managers, manufacturing engineers and directors in the mining of data, analyzing of data, preparation of reports, and preparation of presentations.
• Handles special projects as assigned.
• Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
• Assist and support other EFO teams/groups as required related to assigned profile.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Arabic and English language expertise is must.
• ACCA/CA/CPA qualified
• 3+ years of experience.
• A detailed knowledge of accounting principles US GAAP
• Candidate working in multinational working environment are highly preferred
