Anesthesia Technician

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our healthcare team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will assist anesthesiologists in preparing and maintaining anesthesia equipment, ensuring patient safety, and supporting smooth operations in surgical and clinical settings.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and sterilize anesthesia equipment and instruments prior to procedures.
- Assist anesthesiologists in setting up anesthesia machines and supplies.
- Monitor and maintain anesthesia equipment functionality during procedures.
- Ensure the availability of necessary medications and supplies for anesthesia administration.
- Maintain accurate records of anesthesia equipment usage and maintenance.
- Support the anesthesia team by monitoring patient vital signs under supervision.
- Uphold stringent infection control and patient safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient surgical procedures.

- Bachelors degree in Anesthesia Technology
- Experience working in a healthcare or surgical environment is preferred., Female only
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety standards.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
