Application Specialist

Job description / Role

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring an Application Specialist to be based in Kuwait .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible to deliver pre-sales and marketing support, customer training, and setting up applications for the Company's products.
- Provide application-related services.
- Provide software, technical, and application support to clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conduct on-site method development and provide customised application training for new instrument sales.
- Develop new training programs related to the introduction of new products or applications.
- Provide feedback on product development.
- Assist in developing technical and application notes for clients and sales support.
- Support in development by researching competitive instruments and developing competitive strategies.

- Degree in Medical Science/ Laboratory Sciences or related.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role within the Medical Devices industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
