Job description / Role
The Assistant Production Manager will assist (and report to) the production manager of one of our chemical manufacturing facilities. The candidate will assist in managing the production process and applicable work force from receipt of raw materials through the entire process to the production of the finished chemical.
Requirements
An experienced, highly motivated and qualified chemical engineer who can effectively manage a team of employees whilst ensuring the highest standards of production criteria are adhered to at all times. Experience in running a chemical production plant, managing, training and developing employees, routine and scheduled maintenance planning, health and safety awareness and training.
