Job description / Role

Main responsibilities:
• Follow all regulations, policies, and procedures regarding food handling, personal hygiene, safety, and proper sanitation.
• Receives food from rations section and prepares various baked goods
• Create baked items IAW the recipe card
• Portion the baked products and put in serving dishes.
• Set up bakery display cases and ensure they are clean/ sanitized after use
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and surfaces in the baking section daily
• Clean as you go
• Perform any other tasks as needed by DFAC management
• Attend all training and meetings as required
• Objectives: Create baked items IAW the recipe card
• Portion the baked products and put in serving dishes.
• Set up bakery display cases and ensure they are clean/ sanitized after use
• Reporting to: Shift Lead
• Duration: Permanent
• Desired start date: As soon as possible

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Intermediate or equivalent
• Other certifications obtained: Food & Beverages
• Nature and length of previous experience: Min. 04-05 years of relevant experience
• Gender Preference: Male
• Language Fluency: English
• Current Location: Kuwait
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Hygienic, Teamwork, Patience and Dedication, Communication, Curiosity and Creativity
