Position Title: Brand Executive Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2.7K KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-known restaurant group of unique concepts across Middle East.

Job Description:
• Work with the owner to align on menu innovation and creative direction, fostering a positive, open feedback environment.
• Manage and develop homegrown brands, ensuring their identity and standards are consistently upheld.
• Ensure recipe accuracy and cost-effectiveness, maintaining food costs within 0.5% of theoretical costs.
• Train and mentor kitchen teams, ensuring consistency and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Qualifications:
• Open for French, Western Europeans, and Indian nationalities
• 48 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 3 years of restaurant experience in the similar role within Kuwait or Middle East

Salary:
KWD 2,700 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
