Brand Manager - Health & Beauty - Kuwait

You will be accountable for ensuring the brand is appropriately represented in all markets and championed effectively. Through managing the supply chain and product management by quarterly range planning, supply availability, OTB and stock management. You will ensure delivery on merchandise planning, driving sales strategies and achieving standards agreed by the host brand. You will meet with key suppliers on regular basis to review delivery and agreed KPI's. In addition, you will participate in business improvement projects to ensure brand requirements are represented in all business-wide initiatives and systems.

Requirements

* Currently operating at Brand Manager level.
* Highly developed negotiation skills
* Experienced in forecasting and commercial analysis
* Previous experience within fast moving fashion, beauty, personal care or healthcare industry
* Experience of managing a team.
* Good communication, supply chain management and organisational skills
* IT system software knowledge is desirable.
