We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that drive business success.

Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct market and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management to design effective solutions.
- Develop clear and comprehensive business cases to support project proposals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
- Assist in testing and validating solutions to meet business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
