Position Title: Buying Manager - Fashion Retail
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1,350 KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Kuwait

About the Client:
A proud Retail brand in Kuwait, well known within GCC for its growing portfolio of elegant women's fashion.

Job Description:
-Participate in seasonal range building and product selection
-Ensure all product data is accurate before launch (codes, prices, descriptions).
-Monitor weekly performance and sell-through.
-Coordinate with suppliers on sampling, pricing, timelines, and approvals

-Open to Arabic, and Asian nationals, aged 45 or below
-Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or related field
- Minimum 4 years experience in buying, merchandising, or planning within Fashion Retail
- Experience handling multi-store or regional visual merchandising operations
- Strong leadership and team guidance skills

Salary:
KWD 1,200 to 1,350 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
