Job description / Role
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments, ensure they feel welcome
• Explain products and FLP policies to new and current customers
• Process orders using the Point of Sales system
• Receives cash, cheque and credit card payments from Customers and issues receipt
• Reconciliation of payments received against the end of the day sales collection
• Responsible for receiving and safekeeping of daily collections in the vault
• Deposits cash sales collection to the bank
• Encashment, requesting cheques, filling out wire transfer request form summary updates and follow ups with the bank
• Monitors remittance of collection to HQ
• Remits daily collection to Finance Department
• Prepares Daily Sales Report and Daily Collection Report
• Resolve and attend to customer complaints, concerns and guide them and provide relevant information
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Support customers with all their inquires
• Ensure that the Branch is organised and clean
• Handle customer products inquiries and returns with the highest level of professionalism
• Attends to maintenance issues and report to the head office
• Responsible for checking the products for release/dispatch
• Receive and check goods shipped from Dubai
• Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, placing and expediting orders
• Update bin cards (In/Out/Expiry Dates)
• Monitor stocks and perform monthly inventory of stocks
• Maintain proper arrangement of stocks
• Maintains cleanliness of the counter and business area
• Performs other tasks that might be assigned by immediate superior from to time
Requirements
• MS Office Proficient
• Can read, write and speak Arabic fluently
• Proactive, flexible, team player with can do attitude
• Service minded and strong communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, accounting and inventory is an advantage
