Job description / Role
Quest Search & Selection is working with a leading technology company seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to work in their Kuwait office. We ideally are looking for candidates with experience building MVPs for startup projects.
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), your primary responsibilities will include:
• Build, produce, and manage Minimum Viable Products (MVP) for startup ventures
• Set up startup infrastructures, outline its technological vision, and formulate venture strategies
• Efficiently conduct build versus contract analysis
• Collaborate with key internal managers and stakeholders in defining product roadmaps
• Hire, build and lead technology teams
• Manage multiple projects
• Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards
• Keep abreast of technology trends and developments.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred), with minimum 8 years relevant experience in the same capacity
• Demonstrated history of working on several different projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Extensive industry knowledge
• Strong project and people management skills
