In this role, you will be the key advocate for our clients, managing claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. With your analytical skills and customer-centric approach, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and trust.

Responsibilities:
- Review, evaluate and process claims submitted by policyholders.
- Investigate claims by gathering relevant information and conducting interviews as necessary.
- Communicate with clients to update them on claim status and explain coverage details.
- Work collaboratively with the underwriting team to resolve disputes and adjust claims as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of claims processing and decisions made.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Identify and recommend improvements to the claims process for efficiency and client satisfaction.

- English is Important
- Proven experience in claims management or a similar role in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.(Excel)

Salary:
KWD 300 to 350 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
