Job Summary:
The Corporate Communication Specialist will lead the company’s marketing and communication strategy to strengthen its brand presence across Kuwait, the GCC, and Africa. The role focuses on positioning the company as a preferred EPC and construction partner across multiple sectors — including infrastructure, industrial, healthcare, and renewable energy — through strategic marketing initiatives, client engagement, and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Branding & Identity
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image across all channels.
• Ensure brand consistency in all corporate materials, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Develop and update branding guidelines for internal and external use.
2. Website & Digital Presence Management
• Oversee updates and improvements to the corporate website.
• Ensure content is current, accurate, and reflects the company’s strategic messaging.
• Collaborate with IT/Design teams to enhance website usability and aesthetics.
3. Social Media & Online Marketing
• Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to showcase projects, achievements, and corporate news.
• Develop content calendars and create posts that strengthen corporate image.
• Monitor engagement and adjust content strategy to maximize reach and impact.
4. Marketing Collateral & Presentations
• Design and update corporate presentations, brochures, and other client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with project teams to produce case studies and project portfolios.
• Ensure all materials reflect professionalism and corporate identity standards.
5. Public Relations & Media Engagement
• Draft press releases and coordinate media coverage for corporate announcements.
• Support corporate communications during events, awards, and industry conferences.
• Maintain relationships with industry publications and media outlets.
6. Client & Stakeholder Communications
• Support business development by preparing materials for client meetings, pitches, and tenders.
• Ensure all communications reflect the company’s strategic positioning and values.
• Collect feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve messaging.
7. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt marketing strategies.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing brand perception based on market insights.
8. Event Management & Representation
• Organize corporate events, exhibitions, and internal campaigns to promote the company’s image.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and community initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate communication, marketing or business development within the construction, EPC, or engineering sectors.
• Proven experience in regional or international markets (GCC/Africa experience preferred).
• Proficiency in corporate communications, branding, and proposal management.
Salary:
KWD

per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
