Position Title: Corporate HSE Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.2K KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Kuwait City

About the Client:
A reputable construction company handling EPC projects in Kuwait.

Job Description:
- Ensure full compliance with Kuwait OSHA, KOC, KNPC, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Lead site audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Mentor and develop site HSE teams and coordinators.
- Monitor regulatory trends and advise leadership on proactive compliance measures.

- Open to Western nationalities. Male, 62 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related courses
- Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE, with at least 5+ years in a senior corporate HSE role
- Familiarity with incident investigation tools (e.g., RCA, HAZOP), and international best practices

Salary:
KWD 3,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
