Position Title: Customer Experience Manager

Salary: up to 1.7K KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus temporary accommodation

About the Client:
A Kuwait based standalone restaurant, serving international cuisine.
Job Description:
• Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience
• Collaborate with marketing, and Operation teams to enhance customer experience and brand awareness
• Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives. as well as informing customers about existing and new brands
• Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of our services/menu
• Analyze customer feedback on our service/menu, as well as preparing reports to the management
• Utilize social media platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries
• Supervise the activities of customer experience team to ensure their interaction with customers reflect positively on the company
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below
• Minimum 5 year of experience on the same role from the F&B Industry
• Open to candidates currently based in the GCC region
