Position Summary

Manage the SC day-to-day operations within the customer, drive innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions. Also, accelerate commercial success for Nestle and the Customer, that deliver a distinct competitive advantage relative to their key industry rivals by optimizing cost to serve and maximizing product availability

A day in the life of...

Drive cross-functional alignment:
• In partnership with Sales and SC, define and lead common customer strategy
• Be the coordinator of cross-functional teams from concept creation to final delivery

Be a Supply Chain ambassador under the leadership of the CS&D manager, for Nestle and the customer:
• Drive success of On Shelf Availability, On Shelf Freshness and Distributor Stock Availability
• Highlight the business opportunities for both Nestle and the customer, in creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation
• Drive all other Supply Chain Customer efficiency initiatives e.g. Order automation sustainability, Cost to serve, Collaborative Planning, e-commerce etc...

Build relationship and Trust with the Customer:
• Maintain the contacts with the customer either by being based in, or in remote (Telco’s, spot visits), with or without access to the Customer's systems
• Gain insight into Customer's operations
• Understand Customer's needs
• Understand Customer's KPI and the way of measuring them

Ensure availability of products by ensuring a Perfect Order Cycle with the customer
• Monitor KPIs that support perfect Order Cycle and provide analysis
• Solve root causes of failures throughout the Order to Cash (O2C) End to End (E2E) process with the customer
• Develop joint projects and activities to close the GAP (Inventory replenishment, master data etc..)

Requirements

What Will Make You Successful?
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related field
• 5 years of experience across Sales and Supply Chain, including Customer Service
• Has successfully led projects and initiatives that require a commercial and supply chain understanding and knowledge
• Operational experience in Supply Chain functions
• Possess strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Possess strong leadership skills
• Bilingual English & Arabic
