Position Title: Design Director
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K KWD depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An established restaurant group continuously expanding in GCC based in Kuwait City.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement the overall design vision for the brand or concepts.
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and collaborating with architects and contractors.
• Supervise design quality, including detailed drawings, material selections, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a creative design team, fostering collaboration and staying updated with the latest design trends and innovations.

Qualifications:
• 48 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Director level from restaurants/F&B within GCC region
• Experience in developing design manuals for brands/restaurant concepts would be an advantage

Salary:
KWD 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
