We are proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Director of Development within a prominent architecture company based in the Middle East. This dynamic role is ideal for an experienced individual who is ready to take charge, and lead innovative strategies while shaping the direction of the company.

In return, the successful Director of Development will be offered:
- Circa 6,000 KWD per month (depending on experience)

Requirements:
- To be considered for this role, candidates must possess significant experience in business development, ideally within the architecture or related sectors.
- A strong understanding of business development and BID functions and the ability to foster relationships with clients / stakeholders are essential.
- Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with teams.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitive threats.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals in achieving business goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present business proposals to prospective clients.
Salary:
KWD
6000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
