Director of Quantity Surveying - Engineering Consultancy

Job description / Role

• Required to join an architectural & engineering consultancy in Kuwait.
• They work on large scale building and infrastructure projects including airports, government public buildings, shopping malls & high spec residential.
• The successful candidate will head up the Quantity Surveying division managing cost planning, contract administration, commercial management and contract/claims on current and upcoming projects across Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
• As part of the senior management team you will work closely with the CEO to develop the company moving forward.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering
• Further qualification / chartership desirable
• 15 + years experience in managing the Quantity Surveying function in multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy
• Arabic language skills desirable
