Director of Roads & Infrastructure - Consultancy - Kuwait

Exciting opportunity to join the senior management team of an multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy working on projects across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Kuwait the successful candidate will be responsible for the leading the design and construction teams on all roads and infrastructure projects.

This will also developing new business, maintaining client relationships as well managing a team of construction professionals to ensure the overall business plans are following and goals achieved.

Requirements

• A degree in Civil Engineering
• Extensive experience in roads and infrastructure design
• A proven track record of working a senior position managing a large team of design and construction staff
• Business development skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Should have spent the majority of career with international engineering consultants.
