General Purpose of Role:
- Duties may involve basic office services as well such as mailroom duties, photocopy duties, security/badge issuance.
- May operate postage machine and other mailroom equipment as needed.
- May oversee ordering and maintenance of supplies. May serve as backup to receptionist.
- May pick up and delivers documents, letters, packages and other items on time between organization facilities.
- Documents and tracks the items picked up and delivered. Responds to inquiries about pick up and delivery schedules.

- Typical Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent and relevant experience.
- Global Level Summary : Entry level support position performing routine work activities.
- Decision Making: Supervision is required for answers that fall outside the well-defined patterns.
- Supervision Received : Under direct supervision, work is routine and instructions are typically detailed.
- Supervision Authority : Has no direct or indirect reports and does not assign work to anyone.
- Communication : Communicate basic information with peers, stakeholders, and management. Persuasion is limited to articulating and substantiating own point of view to peers and supervisors.
- Systems, Processes & Tools: Developing a basic understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field.
