Position Title: E-commerce Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1.3K KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Salmiya, Kuwait

About the Client:
A proud Retail brand in Kuwait, well known within GCC for its growing portfolio of elegant women's fashion.

Job Description:
1. Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy aligned with the brand’s goals and target audience.
2. Oversee the functionality, design, and performance of the e-commerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's style and quality
3. Lead digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and influencer partnerships, to drive targeted traffic.
4. Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely availability of fashion collections.

Qualifications:
1. Aged 25 to 40
2. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or a related field
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the same role within the fashion retail industry
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Salary:
KWD 1,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
