Electrical Project Coordinator
Location: Kuwait
Salary: $4,000 to $5,000
Permanent Position

Client is a leading Electrical Contractor who specialise in installing Electrical Low Voltage to various industrial sectors. They are looking for a Project coordinator (preferably an Indian national) to join them as they start a new project in Kuwait.

Responsibilities
• To act as the technical focal point on all aspects of monitoring and evaluation of the social safety nets consortium.
• Be responsible for establishing and implementing an effective system to monitor progress, impacts and successes of project activities and performance at all levels.
• Monitor all grant activities and ensure that the project complies with donor performance reporting requirements. S/he will conduct assessments, baseline studies, surveys and need assessments to identify necessary changes and future opportunities.

• Coordinate data collection, analysis and reporting on performance indicators by project team members and project counterparts.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation guidelines, frameworks and indicators.
• Monitor the implementation of recommendations and action points.
• Develops the Project Management Plan setting out specific quantifiable performance indicators and targets for overall objectives and activities and establishing monitoring systems to measure project progress.

Requirements

• 5 years’ minimum project management experience
• Degree Educated
• Solid background with a reputable, industry recognised M&E contracting business
• Experience within the commercial sector
• Good commercial acumen
• Experience of Integrated Building Management System, Energy Management, Security Solutions, Fire and Life Safety, Building Services, Unified ICT Infrastructure, Single Master Antenna TV System (SMATV), IPTV Systems, VOIP and Telephony Systems, Internet Infrastructure, Data / Communication Room Infrastructure, HVAC & SCADA control systems and Intelligent Lighting
