Job description / Role
Electronics Sales Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic business plan to increase the company sales and revenue
- Analyze data and study different markets to explore new opportunities for the purpose of the business growth and expansion
- Set sales goals by forecasting the annual sales quota
- Keep tracking of the planned sales goals to reach the company sales target
- Maintain and adjust the selling price by monitoring costs, competition and demand
- Implement marketing strategy by coordinating with marketing team
- Maintain a high level of the existing customers and expand the customers’ base to ensure the strong company’s presence
- Understand the customers’ needs to promote the company products and meet the customers’ satisfaction
- Supervise and train sales team
- Monitor the performance and activities of sales team
Requirements
- Previous experience in Electronics field (it is a must)
- Experience in planning sales strategy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle sales team
- Having car and driving license
- Ready to join
- Transferable visa (18)
