Engagement Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a respected client who is a global leader in their field and is looking to hire an experienced Engagement Manager to join their Kuwait team.

This role will report to the Senior Engagement Manager with the main responsibilities being; assisting in the management of stakeholders, planning and preparing relevant material and advising of areas for opportunity or enhancement by evolving customer needs. You will provide assistance and guidance on how to reach the communities of stakeholders and maintain strong complex relationships. In addition you will be part of the transition planning and represent the customers’ needs.

You will engage stakeholders within the customer and wider organisations by providing a presence on behalf of the client to build long lasting partnerships. In addition you will be required to consult with investors to understand their business strategy and objectives to then be able to provide them with appropriate support, whilst ensuring that the deployed solutions are being fully exploited by clients.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have experience in working with complex stakeholders in Kuwait Government, as well as large and intricate organisations. You should also possess high attention to detail, strong decision-making abilities and have a consultative approach of working. You must have fluent written and verbal communications skills in Arabic.

Due to the scope of the role on Kuwaiti nationals will be considered.
