We are currently looking for an Estimation Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join our construction team in Kuwait (KW). The candidate should have strong experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and tender pricing for construction projects.

Required Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.

Required Experience : 3–5 years of experience in estimation for building, infrastructure, or MEP projects.

Proven experience in preparing BOQs, tender proposals, and cost analysis.

Experience in construction drawings interpretation and site coordination is an advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies :

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost structures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Planswift, CostX).
• Ability to prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and tender documents.
• Good understanding of project specifications, contracts, and local construction standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities / Key Job Functions

• Prepare detailed estimates and BOQs for construction projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Analyze tender documents, scope, and technical specifications to prepare competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with design and site teams to ensure accurate estimation.
• Maintain records of estimates, rates, and material costs for future reference.
• Assist management in budget planning and cost control.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.

Salary:
USD 2,000 to 2,600 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
