Over the years, Jacquemus has staged its runway shows in unique and unexpected locations, including a Parisian swimming pool, the Picasso Museum, a lavender field in Provence, a wheat field outside Paris, a salt marsh in the Camargue, and a beach in Hawaii. More recently, the brand has invested in locations such as the canal of the Château de Versailles (Le Chouchou), the Fondation Maeght (Les Sculptures), Casa Malaparte (La Casa), and Auguste Perret's Parisian apartment (La Croisière).
Based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, Jacquemus is an independent fashion house with over 300 employees. Renowned for its strong digital presence and international expansion, the brand has developed innovative retail experiences across the world before opening its first permanent flagship at 58 Avenue Montaigne in Paris in 2022. Since then, boutiques have been opened in New York (SoHo), London (New Bond Street), and Dubai.
We are recruiting Fashion Consultants to join our first Jacquemus concession in Kuwait!
What you'll be doing
As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experience and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.
Key Responsibilities
- You will collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, and slow movers which will be key input for business reviews.
- Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
- Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
- Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
- Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs (Service-level agreements).
- Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements.
- Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up-to-date with app offerings.
- Support with in-store marketing events and activations.
- Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns.
- Drive sell-throughs within the store.
- Support in-store CX initiatives.
- Provide input to what is working well or what is not working well within the store.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in ready-to-wear fashion.
- Understanding of retail KPIs and selling techniques.
- Prior CRM and clienteling experience.
