Position Summary Are you passionate about coffee? Do you thrive on sharing your expertise and love for Starbucks with others? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Development Executive.

As a Customer Development Executive, you will conduct activities in the assigned geographical territory or Channel (s) or Combination to deliver agreed objectives/targets

A day in the life of...

- Grow & retain existing customers by driving efficiencies to increase consumption
- Perform customer audits quality and owns world class service to all customers within the assigned territory
- Implement core marketing requirements at newly acquired sites (modular branding, menus)
- Responsible for implementation of upgrading any marketing (picture of success)
- Facilitate new customer acquisition & closing of accounts or relocation
- Accountable for the execution of by efficiently driving the integration of the NP Solutions into the Monthly Business Planning Cycle
- Train POC/Barista team to enhance their performance and improve skills on Served, Self Serve, locations to maintain standards and guidelines. Responsible for implementation/execution of new program branding, beverage, SKUs at sites
- Manage and control (Self-Serve) stock by conducting monthly inventory activities at the assigned to ensure stock availability and revenue growth quality and profitability
- Follow up with distributors and site teams to avoid any operational disruption
- Drive revenue by building stronger customer relationships through nurturing and growing the existing customer base and ensure seamless implementation of new acquisitions
- Compliance to internal SOP's and processes.
- Accountable for the execution of by efficiently driving the integration of the NP Solutions into the Monthly Business Planning Cycle
- Responsible for facilitating new customer acquisition or relocation post hand over from sales team
- Align with our 3rd party suppliers to ensure the accomplishment of installation and maintenance of machines to guarantee the end cup profile
- Ensure proper stock supply through sell in and monitor sell out from distributor to operators and monitor the level of goods at customer level.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client/sites team and the internal stakeholders to maintain a high level of customer's satisfaction on both store level and operations level
- Build and develop mutually beneficial relationships and rapport with sites team/shop keepers, Baristas

Requirements

What will make you successful

- Minimum 1 year in operations, preferably in the Out of Home environment. Experience in Sales or marketing. Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results. Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams, supporting a high-performance culture.
- Previous experience as a barista, store manager, or in a hospitality/food-related role is highly desirable.
- Worked in a matrix organization with the ability to influence others.
- Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, hygiene in the F&B industry. Technical experience is a plus.
- University Degree in Business (Administration, Marketing, Management)
- Excellent skills in Microsoft (SAP is a plus)
- Must have a valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
