Finance Manager

Job description / Role

• Maintaining and responsible for company accounts and other related financial records as required per applicable law.
• Timely handling of company accounts.
• Handling all bank transactions including transfers, deposits, financing/facilities/LC/LG etc.
• Responsible for payroll and disbursement of salaries as per Kuwaiti Law.
• Preparing monthly reports as well as whenever required by the management that include accounts payable/receivable reconciliation.
• Preparing the annual budget taking into considerations all aspects of the company operations.
• Implementing and monitoring credit risk by maintaining robust credit policies and regular monitoring of receivables
• To execute with sincerity any other accounting, financial or administrative requirements of the company.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Organize Inventory control between all warehouses.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual audit is carried out on time.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Ability to handle large amounts of data & Can handle pressure and deadlines
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Independent team player with proven leadership skills
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
