Food Development Manager - Starbucks MENA

We are looking for candidates with an understanding of both the technical aspects of new product development as well as a robust understanding of the commercials to grow sales and margins of the Food category within the Starbucks MENA business.

This challenging role will see you lead the innovation of the category strategy including objective setting, product packaging, price and promotion, visual merchandising, operating procedures and store communications. You will work with external suppliers, store operations teams and the host brand to ensure excellence in every aspect of this area.

Requirements

The successful candidate will bring together relevant experience with a proven ability to manage complex projects, exceed expectations and seek innovation and improvement at all times. Team management and relationship building skills are also required.

This is an exciting role to own a category within a world famous brand across multiple operating markets.
