As a Front Office Supervisor, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.<br><br>Reliable and engaging. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.<br><br>What you will be doing: <br><br><br> - Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.<br><br><br> - Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.<br> - Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.<br><br>Assists the Front Office Manager in controlling and maintaining records with regard to<br><br>staffing overtime, vacations, and holidays days.<br><br>4. Reports all operation defects and guest related complaints / comments daily to the General<br><br>Manager / Resident Manager in the absence of the Front Office Manager.<br><br>5.
