Sinopack Search is recruiting for a Deputy General Manager who wants to join a huge well established company that has even bigger plans.
Based in Kuwait, the General Manager will report into the Vice President, and will be responsible for building the right expertise within the division to enable the organization achieving its vision and objectives at this time of growth.
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and networking abilities, along with experience working within interior fit-out, interior design, construction or project management and an MBA.

Requirements
• The Deputy General Manager should be a confident business leader who has experience effectively managing and running a business. Excellent communication and leadership skills are vital for success in this role.
• Overall 10 years of industry experience out of which a minimum of 5 years of related business experience in GCC.
• MBA from an accredited reputed university.
• Work responsibilities involve Kuwait and the GCC region.
• Worked in international organizations (modern leadership style)
• Been involved in organizations under change.
• Team player and strong leader.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals within set timeframes and within budget
• Advanced written and oral communication skills including attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and to be innovative
• Computer software competencies including Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have strong command in English both verbal and written. Arabic would be an advantage, but not a must
