Job description / Role

Geophysicist - Ahmadi, Kuwait

Client is a large international Service Company who are currently searching a Geophysicist to work on a KOC project for a 12 month renewable contract to support interpretation and stratigraphy.

The Geophysicist is required to have experience in:
- Seismic Stratigraphy for at least 15 years
- Providing regional to prospect scale stratigraphy facies assessments
- Supporting prospect evaluation
- Integrating Seismic and well based stratigraphy information
- Contributing to prospect risk and volume uncertainty
- Quantifying probability of presence of reservoir quality from well control
- Integrating core, log and seismic information into assessments
- Fault interpretation
- QC data
- Interpret 2D and 3D data
- Producing depth structural maps
- AVO analysis
- Structural Geology
- Seismotratigraphic Interpretation
- Seismic attribute analysis and modelling
- Prospect Generation
