Position Title: GM Operations

Salary: up to 5K KWD depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A reputable construction company handling EPC projects in Kuwait

Job Description:
• Oversee and lead all operational activities of the company in Kuwait
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and achieve operational objectives in alignment with the organization's overall mission and goals
• Provide visionary leadership to the Project Division, setting clear goals and strategies for project execution; assist the CEO in establishing country level goals, objectives & targets
• Generate business development plan with a vision of continuous increase in business share in the market

• Open to Male, 58 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or any related courses
• At least 20 years of experience in the same industry, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience in plant piping, having worked on projects with a value of at least USD 350 million.

Salary:
KWD 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
