Position Title: Head of Fashion Design (2 Vacancies)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K USD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Kuwait City or Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing portfolio of elegance and trends in women's fashion

- Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select the seasonal themes, mood board and create new inspiration for the brand.
- Manage design process from conception through to final styling
- Prepare the collection with 30-50 option based on agreed color palette, mood board and fabric.
- Supervise, coach, train the team, and provide support needed

Qualifications:
- Arabic-speaking candidates are welcome, with preference given to Lebanese applicants
- Portfolio must show expertise in designing a Fashion collection from planning to execution.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as Head of Fashion within GCC
- Must have a background with well-known premium ready-to-wear and contemporary fashion brands.

Salary:
USD 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
