Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We're looking for a world-class Head of Growth to join our team and shape the future of Bounce of in the MENA region. You will lead the regional sales and marketing teams and own the execution necessary to make the promise of Bounce a reality.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Lead Bounce’s MENA Sales teams as a thought leader & strategic trailblazer inclusive of debating and influencing our own product roadmap and revenue generation strategies to deliver rapid revenue growth
• Drive winning strategies and narratives to grow our business; elevating storylines to influence key decision makers, showcasing Bounce as a leader in the space, and focusing on the platform’s specific capabilities related to customer needs and expectations
• Deliver against regional sales targets.
• Build your own pipeline and support the team’s pipeline development-to-close process.
Proactively shape opportunities with potential partners and position Bounce as both a strategic partner and solutions provider
• Respond to inbound sales leads by qualifying opportunities and mine opportunities within previously identified prospects.
• Drive cross functional collaboration to deliver innovative customer solutions, sales presentations, sales materials, follow on discussions, RFP responses and contract negotiations; leverage internal expertise efficiently and effectively
• Build out and mentor the regional sales team, establish a matrix to analyze sales performance, develop and administer overall policies as they relate to the sales team inclusively
• Efficiently use salesforce to monitor sales ream performance
• Build out and manage the regional marketing team, to achieve sales conversations based on set acquisition KPIs

• You understand that part of scaling the sales function and building capabilities is to, “show what great looks like” and hands-on role model to your team the tasks and desired behavior yourself as needed.
• Furthermore, you prize excellence and efficiency - building a world class sales operation to scale the pipeline to a large, targeted pipeline of opportunities and support active RFPs and bringing deals to close.

• You are an inspirational leader with a hands-on approach that lends well to how easily you move others to action by planning, motivating, organizing and controlling work being done.
• You enjoy moving fluidly from high level strategic thinking to hands-on delivering
• You have experience in managing technology sales and sales engineering teams, with specific focus on education technologies.
• You have a proven track record of growing revenue through new client development, marketing, branding and partnerships.
• You feel comfortable crafting and executing business & growth strategies with the executive team and board of directors.
• You are experienced in monitoring strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success and making meaningful decisions & recommendations on their improvement.
• You have exceptional oral and written communication skills, and are articulate with both technical and business partners.
• You create effective frameworks to aid discussion of complicated topics.
• You are a self-starter, with an ability to work with some ambiguity and comfort working cross functionally; but ultimately comfortable executing initiatives and implementing change in an autonomous capacity.
• Must be willing to travel (when safe) at least 20%of the time.
