Job description / Role
A leading bank in Kuwait is looking to hire a Head of insight to investigate business issues and be a source of customer and market understanding. This individual must have a minimum experience of 10 - 15 years in banking or in a financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shape the Insight agenda in response to internal client’s needs and constantly review with them to ensure evolvement and requirement needs.
• Assist business groups meet specific information requirements, internally and externally and provide project management expertise in the field of customer research, internal data analytics and competitor intelligence.
• Work closely with clients to appreciate and use the take outs from Insight projects to help address their business issues.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Relevant degree (Preferably MBA)
• 10-15 years if Insight experience and exposure in the GCC
• Experience in leading and developing a team
