Position Title: Head of Real Estate and Development
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3,000 KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: Annual ticket allowance and medical for self, spouse and 2 children up to 18 years old, bonus and accommodation until residency formalities

About the Client:
A well-known restaurant group of unique concepts, continuously expanding in the GCC and headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

Job Description:
-Lead real estate expansion by identifying new sites, negotiating leases, and overseeing feasibility studies.
-Drive franchise development through agreements, manuals, SOPs, and partner onboarding.
-Build and manage strong landlord, broker, and stakeholder relationships to secure strategic locations.
-Analyse market trends, competition, and financial performance to guide growth strategy and brand development.

-Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate acquisition, expansion, or development within F&B sectors across the GCC.
-GCC experience in local and international franchise market
-Willingness to travel across GCC countries/regions

Salary:
KWD 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
