Charterhouse are currently working with a reputable organisation in the real estate development and construction industry who are looking to hire a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their team in Kuwait.

This role embraces a teamwork approach, leading a team of recruitment professionals and collaborating closely with hiring managers You will develop strong relationships to support their needs and ensure to find them suitable talent.

You will assist in developing the hiring process and implementing new strategies to improves the recruitment process to meet the business requirements. In addition to managing the team, you will also be hands-on with recruitment, with a central focus of the role being managing the hiring of all senior positions within the organisation. This role would suit someone who has experience working within HR, has a strong passion for Talent Acquisition and thrives off a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have 6+ years’ experience within HR/Recruitment and a minimum of 3 years in-house recruitment, being able to demonstrate working on high-volume. You should have a proven track record of excellent leadership skills as well as effective communication and team-building skills. As the Head of Recruitment, you should demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development, acting as a brand ambassador.

As a senior member within the recruitment team, you will have the ability to communicate professionally with high-level executives whilst promoting excellent organisational and time management skills. Due to the nature of this role, written and spoken English communication skills should be immaculate and although it is not essential it is advantageous that you also speak Arabic.
