Charterhouse are currently working with a reputable organisation in the real estate development and construction industry who are looking to hire a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their team in Kuwait.

The Head of Talent Acquisition role embraces a team working approach, leading a team of recruitment professionals and collaborating with hiring managers, developing strong relationships to support their needs and ensuring to find them suitable talent. This role will see you assisting with the development of the hiring process and implementing new strategies to improve the recruitment process, meeting the business requirements.

Whilst supporting a team the role-holder will also project manage the hiring of all senior positions within the organisation. This role would suit someone who has experience working within HR and thrives off a fast-paced environment.


The successful candidate should have 6+ years’ experience within HR and a minimum of 3 years in-house recruitment experience working on high-volume. You should have a proven track record of excellent leadership skills, with effective communication and relationship-building skills. You should demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development acting as a brand ambassador.

As a Senior member within the recruitment team, you must have the ability to communicate professionally with high-level executives whilst promoting excellent organisational and time management skills.

Your standard of written and spoken English should be immaculate and although it is not essential it is advantageous that you speak Arabic.
