Job description

Responsibilities:

Perform all physiotherapist treatment offers on the spa and wellness menu

Upselling treatment, retail products and activities concerned

Administrative duties

Receive and respond to all guests and members on physiotherapy concerns

Handle all transactions and maintain the daily balance with efficiency

Support wellness host team on all information concerned for treatment

Qualifications

Certification from an accredited school of massage and aesthetics required

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Spa treatment required skills: beauty therapy specialist, body massage, facial (nail treatment is an advantage)

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the same position in a luxury hotel
