We are seeking a warm and professional Hostess to join our vibrant hospitality team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to from the moment they arrive. This role is perfect for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction and efficiency.
- Provide guests with menus, answer questions about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist in managing guest flow during peak times to reduce wait times and enhance the dining experience.

- Proven experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
