Job description / Role

We are seeking a warm, friendly, and professional Hostess to join our hospitality team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere to enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Answer guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with administrative duties related to guest services as required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and approachable personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Salary:
KWD 200 to 250 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
