Housekeeping Staff

Job description / Role

Join our dedicated housekeeping team in Kuwait and play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and comfort within our establishment. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing rooms and public areas.
- Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management promptly.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability.
- Friendly attitude and good communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Salary:
KWD 90 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
