HR and Recruitment Officer

Job description / Role

- Demonstrated ability to working closely with various departments in an engineering or construction environment to assist line managers with the full recruitment life-cycle of qualified candidates
- Provide advice on a wide range of HR areas such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, absence management, pay and remuneration and employment law as required
- Pro-actively identify and resolve HR related issues as well as develop with management HR planning strategies that are targeted to achieve organisational objectives
- Database Management - ensuring both HR and Recruitment databases are maintained and updated accurately

Requirements

To be successful in this exciting and diverse career role, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 3 – 5 years’ career experience with a Bachelor or Master in HR or related discipline. Professional membership of CIPD, SHRM or equivalent will be viewed favourably.

Construction and/or Engineering HR experience is essential.

Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential and interest from Kuwaiti Nationals will be warmly received.
