HR Business Partner - Lower Gulf

Position Summary
• Acts as trusted partner, co-creating the strategic people agenda of the business, proactively addressing business and people needs and challenges
• Collaborates across the function to present the business with a “one HR” approach
• Acts as a catalyst to ensure Nestlé has the right people, competencies and organization in place to sustain competitive advantage
• Co-shapes our company culture, acts as a guardian and advocate of Nestlé purpose and values
• Embraces and drives the required change within the organization through people
• Effectively sources and analyses data, generating people and organizational insights to enable high quality business decision making

A day in the life of...
• Execute and contribute to HR Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees.
• Act as People co-Pilot to the business unit, mentoring and coaching the business leaders and his/her teams.
• Lead organizational design, development and reviews to ensure a structure is in place to support the planned business activities while managing people related costs.
• Help in the development of the People Plan and Talent Management agenda for the business unit, in cooperation with the relevant HR Stakeholders.
• Support the Line Manager in delivery of key HR processes, such as succession planning, talent assessment and performance review and participate in interviews for key positions.
• Establish and maintain a strong work culture which is fair, effective, productive, positive, safe and inclusive.
• Manage Employee relations cases and Coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Purpose and values.
• Manage people costs

Requirements

What Will Make You Successful?
• University Degree or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing.
• Proven ability to lead and manage change through the effective use of organizational design, development and business transformation techniques.
• Experience of working in employee/labor relations.
• Success in leading, coaching and developing people in a high performing organization
• Successful experience in contributing to the creation, implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit.
• Worked within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating
• Range of experiences supporting different parts of the business in order to develop broad business acumen.
