Job description / Role
Client is a leader in the Financial Services sector, looking for a strong HR professional to take full responsibility of the end-to-end HR function within their Kuwait office (+300 employees).
You will manage a team of HR representatives and be responsible for areas such as (but not limited to); short and long term strategic recruitment planning, keeping up to date with all local employment law & regulations, oversee the filing and documenting of employee files and ensuring all business policies are in-line with the Group policies.
Requirements
- Candidates must have relevant HR certifications
- Candidates must be a fluent Arabic speaker
- Candidates must have extensive management experience
- Candidates must be at a minimum degree level educated
