We are now seeking an exceptional HR Systems Analyst to join our award winning team based within our Kuwait Office.

This critical role will be responsible for supporting systems integrations, upgrade and provide support to keep things running smoothly for all HR functions.

Responsibilities:

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Processing employee data.
• Assisting with the management of HR systems.
• Maximizing the utilization of HR systems to automate standard processes.
• Training system users on functionalities and features of HR systems as well as provide end-user support.
• Troubleshooting and reporting technical issues.
• Helping develop data processing procedures and guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Monitoring and auditing of employee data for accuracy.

Requirements

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years' of relevant professional experience, partnered with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field. Diploma in Human Resources is desirable.

Basic knowledge of labour laws and data protection regulations as well as hands-on experience with HR software and database will be provided preferential consideration.
